Contact us (phone, email or the inquiry form on this page) to let us know you have a bike to sell. Our team will get in touch to gather some basic details (make, model, year, condition, mileage, etc.) and arrange a convenient time for a valuation. We can do valuations in person at our dealership, and in some cases we may provide a preliminary estimate remotely if you send clear photos and info.
Valuation
When you bring your bike in, one of our experienced appraisers will do a quick inspection. We assess the bike’s condition, service history, and market value. Because we’re in the industry and keep up with current prices, you can trust that we’ll offer a fair, competitive price for your motorcycle. We handle everything professionally, our goal is a transparent process that leaves you feeling satisfied with the deal.
Offer
If you accept our offer, we can handle the paperwork right away. We’ll take care of transfers, loan pay-outs (if there’s finance owing on the bike), and any other admin. Basically, we buy your bike on the spot (or on a agreed date) and you walk out with payment, or put the value towards a new purchase, your choice. This saves you the effort of listing online, dealing with no-shows, or risky test rides with strangers. Selling to us is safe and simple.

Do we consign bikes?
In most cases, we prefer to buy outright to give you immediate results, but if you have a special bike that might need a specific buyer, talk to us, we might be able to showcase it in our showroom on consignment. However, for the vast majority of bikes, a direct sale to us is the fastest route.
Also, if your bike is a bit on the older side or needs work, don’t hesitate to reach out, we can often still make an offer, especially if it’s a make/model we know well. We have a full workshop, so minor repairs or servicing needs won’t scare us off. And if for some reason we can’t purchase it, we might be able to point you in the right direction or give advice on how to sell it.
Upgrade Your Ride with a Trade-In
In addition to outright purchases, we also welcome trade-ins. If you’re planning to buy another bike from Moto Adelaide, we can apply your current bike’s value directly towards the new one. This can reduce the changeover cost and streamline the whole process into one transaction. Many of our customers trading up to a bigger bike or a different style find this option very convenient.
